Polaroids: Instant Photography Archive
Selected spreads from a limited-run Polaroid zine, chronicling three decades of Brunetti’s studio practice and subcultural proximity.
This archive comprises a vast and ongoing collection of original Polaroid photographs captured by Erik Brunetti from the early 1990s to the present. Spanning multiple decades, the images operate as an unvarnished visual diary—intimate, immediate, and frequently unedited. They document ephemeral subcultural moments, studio process, domestic stills, and peripheral environments often omitted from institutional records.
Preserved by the Erik Brunetti Foundation for the Arts, a federally recognized 501(c)(3) public charity, the collection forms part of the Foundation’s long-range curatorial holdings. These works are maintained in permanent trust for noncommercial cultural programming, institutional research, and critical preservation.
Select images may be available for accredited curatorial review, institutional loan, or scholarly exhibition. Not available for reproduction, sale, or private distribution.
